1. Privacy Statement
We do not store credit card details payments are made through a secure payment system - we do not have access to your details.
We do not share customer address details with any 3rd parties.
Payment for orders placed on this website must be by Card using our Stripe payment services. Full Invoice will be emailed on completion of your order.
Delivery will be by First Class Royal Mail for orders up to £24.99
Delivery will be by Courier for orders £25.00 and over
Please allow 5 working days from the date of placing your order to receiving your goods.
We only deliver to UK addresses for orders via our website.
Please call the office to assist you with your order. Costs for shipping will be based on the standard rate for the weight of the package and its destination - we do not add any mark up on our delivery costs.
We can provide an express service to customers who require a 24 hour turn around - please call the office to get details and to organise this on 0800 043 2273.
4. Returns and Refunds
We pride ourselves in producing excellent products therefore if you are not happy with the goods you receive please call the office to inform us of your problem. 0800 043 2273. When we receive your returned goods we will either replace them or refund them as required.
All returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please return your goods within 30 days.
Unfortunately refunds will not be made on sales of customised stickers where the customer is responsible for the error that has occurred. (ie spelling mistake).
Orders may be cancelled and a full refund given if the stickers have not been received within 10 working days from ordering.
